Poleá with bruises

In my land (Cádiz) it is called pulley what in other places are called gruel. In many places they are made at special moments, such as in the monumental and ducal town of Osuna, which are prepared in honor of San Arcadio, patron saint of the place.

A humble dessert, but like any traditional recipe with such simple ingredients, it is delicious. Oh, and the bruises they are nothing more than croutons of fried bread. Thank you, Elisa, for passing the recipe to me.

Hi friends of Recetín.com! For a few posts I haven't found the list of ingredients for the recipe. Since I suppose it is impossible that you have forgotten it in so many posts, could it not be displayed since the blog format has changed?
