Hello Patricia, start with that amount of gelatin that appears in your container, it would be the one that gives the desired solid texture. So calculate that for 100 ml. of liquid, they are 2 gr. of gelatin. In that case, for the first step of the polo, use 4 gr for 200 ml ... And so on the rest
