Yogurt Jelly Popsicles

They eat like a lolly but they are not actually frozen. The consistency of these popsicles made with yogurt and condensed milk is achieved by using neutral and flavored gelatin, which is what provides color. In the recipe we play with the strawberry one, a fruit that also contains yogurt. Do you prefer other flavors for your popsicles?

The powdered gelatin that I have should not be the same, since 500 gr are used for 10 ml. How do I recalculate the proportions? Thanks

Hello Patricia, start with that amount of gelatin that appears in your container, it would be the one that gives the desired solid texture. So calculate that for 100 ml. of liquid, they are 2 gr. of gelatin. In that case, for the first step of the polo, use 4 gr for 200 ml ... And so on the rest

These proposed quantities, for how many poles do they give?

Hi Loyola, between 4-6 depending on the size in which you make them. Thanks for following us! :)
