Extra virgin olive oil polvorones

This Christmas we can eat the polvorones more calmly if we prepare them with olive oil instead of lard. It is not necessary to explain here the excellent beneficial health properties of liquid gold (EVOO), not to mention the flavor it brings to these homemade polvorones. To flavor them, we can choose spices such as cinnamon, ginger or anise and citrus peel. If we use molds to cut them, we will get some very fun Christmas sweets.
