We will use the tenderloin, lean and tender, to prepare a different lasagna. To make it an easy dish to eat, we will cut all the ingredients, including the meat, very small. In this recipe we include another, a rich creamy sauce prepared with red pepper, very simple to make.

Ingredients

12-16 lasagna plates
750 gr. pork loin
2 tomates
3 onions
1 beautiful red pepper
300 ml. milk
200 ml. liquid cream
ground cumin
oil
pepper
shawl
grated cheese

Preparation

First of all, chop the ingredients (loin and vegetables) into small pieces.
In a frying pan with hot oil we put the pieces of meat with salt and pepper and sauté them for a few minutes so that they brown. We withdraw and reserve.
In the same pan we poach an onion and the tomatoes. When they are soft, add a little cumin and wine and let the sauce reduce. Mix with the loin and reserve.
Prepare the sauce by sautéing the other two onions with the red pepper and when they are tender, add the cream. Let cook to reduce and beat together with the milk until you get a homogeneous sauce.
Boil the lasagna plates in salted water, drain.
We assemble the lasagna starting with a layer of sauce, another of pasta and filling with the tenderloin with vegetables. We alternate several layers and finish with pasta and sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and gratin.
