Ingredients

• 500 gr. strength flour
• 200 gr. cooked potato
• 175 gr. sugar
• 75 gr. lard or butter
• 3 eggs
• 25 gr. bread yeast
• 1 little warm water

Preparation

1. We start by mashing the potato with a fork and mix it with the flour, sugar and butter.

2. Once everything is well kneaded, we add the eggs and the yeast dissolved in a little warm water.

3. Mix again until a slightly sticky dough is left.

4. We cover it with a clean cloth and let it rise for an hour.

5. After the time, we knead it again and let it rest for another hour so that it rises again

6. Again we knead in the shape of a bun and we can now put the pasta in a baking dish greased with olive oil

7. When it rests again and rises, we put it in the oven for about 45 minutes at 175 degrees until it's golden.
