Who has not ever tried aioli Potatoes? Now you can make them at home very easily with this recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of potatoes
  • 200 ml. mayonnaise (1 egg, 100 ml. oil, a pinch of salt)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. To start, wash the potatoes well and without peeling them, put them in a large pot with plenty of salty water. Optionally we can add a piece of onion. We let them boil for about 15 or 20 minutes.

  2. Let them cool in the water and once outside, let them stand dry for an hour until they are completely cold.

  3. Now we peel them in half and divide each part in two. From each quarter we draw about three dice.

  4. To make the aioli, whisk the mayonnaise to taste with a little minced garlic. We mix it with the potatoes and add chopped parsley.
