Ingredients

• 4 large potatoes
• 2 glass of milk
• Water glass 1
• 1 knob of butter or a tablespoon of oil
• 4 tablespoons of cream
• shawl
• pepper

Preparation

1. Peel and chop the potatoes.

2. Place the potatoes, milk and water, with salt and pepper, in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

3. Lower the heat, cover and cook for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft enough to work with.

4. Drain them reserving the broth and let them cool down a bit.

5. With a fork, with the mash mill or with the blender, we make the potatoes dough and add the amount of cooking broth that we want according to the more or less thick texture that we want to give to the puree.

6. Add the cream and rectify the salt.
