Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 and 1/3 cups of sugar
- Egg whites 5
- 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
- 1 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 6 food colors (powder or liquid)
- Swiss buttercream
Preparation
We begin by mixing the flour with the yeast and salt on the one hand; on the other, we beat the butter and sugar. Little by little we add the egg whites to the buttercream until it is well integrated.
Add the vanilla and incorporate in two or three times the mixture of flour and milk. We stir until we form a homogeneous mass.
Divide the dough into as many parts as different color cake plates we want the cake to have.
We add the sufficient amount of coloring to each portion of dough and mix. Now we transfer each dough to a detachable circular mold lined with non-stick paper and bake it for about 15 minutes at about 180 degrees.
Out of the oven, let each cake rest for about 10 minutes before placing it on a wire rack to finish cooling.
All that remains is to alternate layers of colored biscuits and buttercream filling.
Finally, we cover the walls and the surface of the cake with more buttercream.

Thanks for sharing your recipe. I have seen that you have used food coloring for the cake and I think this trick can help you when you make these types of recipes again.
You can use natural colorants instead of artificial colorants and in addition to being richer they will be healthier. For example, for the red coloring you can use the broth that is in a beet pot that they sell in the mercadona.
