If I make the Rainbow a few days before the party, can I put it in the freezer to keep it?

It would last you a few days, it is better that you wrap it in film

    Hello Alberto

Thanks for sharing your recipe. I have seen that you have used food coloring for the cake and I think this trick can help you when you make these types of recipes again.

You can use natural colorants instead of artificial colorants and in addition to being richer they will be healthier. For example, for the red coloring you can use the broth that is in a beet pot that they sell in the mercadona.

I put a link to a video about natural colorants in case you are interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFH_sy1edSs

Congratulations on the recipe and I hope that from now on you will be encouraged to make recipes with natural colorants :)
