Rebujito without alcohol, it already smells like a Fair!

Tonight begins the every year expected April Fair in Seville with the famous night of the little fish, in which, as its name suggests, dinner is fried fish washed down with the odd jug of rebuild. For the elderly, rebujito is a refreshing drink that consists of mixing Manzanilla wine with lime and lemon soda (Seven Up or Sprite) and a lot of ice. It has no more secret.

And what about the children? The Fair is theirs too. They get handsome, they walk around the Real, and they eat in the booth. We are going to invent for them a rebujito without alcohol, but apparently the same color because of its color. Let's hope you don't get confused with the older ones!

This rebujito It goes well with appetizers and typical dishes of the fair such as cheese, ham, sandwiches, seafood, fried fish, etc ...
