200 gr of rice
75 gr of peas
1 Carrot
100 gr of cooked ham
125 gr of prawns
2 eggs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Olive oil
Sal Island

Preparation

Heat water in a saucepan. When you see that it is boiling, add the rice with a little salt and let it cook for about 15 minutes. In a smaller pot, cook the peeled carrot and peas.
Cut the ham into cubes. And once the carrot is cooked, take it out and cut it along with the peas as well.
In a frying pan, heat a little oil. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a little salt and add it to the pan when the oil is hot. Make a very thin tortilla, cut it into strips and add it to the vegetables and the ham.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add the peeled prawns and sauté them for a few minutes over medium heat. Drain the rice and add it to the pan. Let it cool for a few minutes and stir from time to time.
Add the tortilla, ham and vegetables to the pan. Mix everything well, and add a little soy sauce and let it reduce for a couple of minutes.
Eat it very warm.
