For the mass:

10 gr unsalted butter
80 gr of pastry flour
A little bit of salt
2 eggs
120 ml of milk
Olive oil for greasing.

For the filling

Chopped roast chicken
Grated enmental cheese
Black pepper
Olive oil
Sal Island

Preparation

Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly. In a container we put the flour, add the butter, the salt and stir with the help of some rods. We make a hole and add the eggs and milk.
We mix everything, until the mixture has no lumps. Cover with transparent film and let the dough rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
After that time, in a pan we put a little olive oil to grease it, and right in the center we put a good spoonful of the dough and turn the pan so that it spreads well and let the crepes be as thin as possible.
Cook the crepes on both sides for a couple of minutes until they turn golden brown.
Remove them from the heat and fill them with the shredded roast chicken and the grated menthol cheese. Season with salt and pepper, add a little olive oil, close them in half and heat them again in the pan so that the cheese melts.
