Ingredients

1 pollo
4 potatoes
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 cebolla
3 garlic
Half a glass of white wine
Half a glass of olive oil
Sal Island
Half a glass of water
Parsley
Saffron

Preparation

The first thing we have to do is clean the chicken. I like to remove the skin so it doesn't have so much fat. Once we have removed the skin, we cut it into quarters.
We prepare an oven tray where we prepare: A drizzle of olive oil, some potatoes cut into pieces, the chicken and a little saffron.
In a mortar we crush the garlic together with the salt and the parsley. Add a little water to the mortar, stir it and sprinkle it over the fountain, together with the white wine.
We place the peeled and whole onion in the center and the peppers in strips next to the chicken.
We preheat the oven and put the chicken at 180º for about an hour.

Notes

If we squeeze lemon juice over each chicken quarter it will give it a different touch.[br][br]To check if it is done, after the cooking time, we pierce the potato. If it is pierced well and falls apart, the chicken will be ready to eat.
