8 chicken thighs
3 naranjas
Olive oil

2 medium potatoes
Zest of an orange
2 tablespoons of flour

1 glass of white wine

Preparation

Put a little olive oil on a baking tray, julienne the onion, some sliced potatoes and the chicken thighs. She seasons everything, and paints each one of the thighs with the help of a kitchen brush, with a little orange juice.
Set the oven to 180 degrees and bake the thighs for about 35 minutes.
While in a pan put a little olive oil. When it is hot, add the onion and let it cook slowly. Once it is ready, add the tablespoon of flour and let it brown together with the onion, and add the orange zest. When everything is golden and well mixed, add the white wine and the juice of two oranges and let the sauce reduce for about 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
After 35 minutes of baking the chicken thighs, add the sauce that you have prepared to the roast, and paint the chicken thighs with it. Put them back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
