Ingredients

  • 100g mascarpone cheese
  • 200 g Philadelphia cheese spread
  • 85 g icing sugar, sifted
  • The zest and juice of 2 lemons

Preparation

  1. Mix the two types of cheese in a large bowl (It is better that we take out the cheese tubs a little before so that they are at room temperature and can be worked better).

  2. Sift the sugar over them and stir well. Grate the lemons and add the zest to the cheese.

  3. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice, stirring again until everything is incorporated.

  4. Open the roscón in half and spread the cream. Done!
