Fried donuts in Thermomix, we already have dessert for Easter

We continue our streak of Easter recipes. This time we will prepare the traditional fried donuts, whose dough we will make with the Thermomix machine. We will get a finer and fluffier texture in the donuts thanks to the perfect kneading provided by this kitchen robot. How can we get some fried donuts different from the traditional ones?

Adding spices and aromas that are not common in the recipe: vanilla extract, a little nutmeg or cloves, the peel of other citrus fruits other than lemon and orange... Do you already know what you are going to put on them? Tell us!

En Recetin: Wind fritters filled with pastry cream, with Easter just around the corner

Good morning, the recipe seems great, but I would like to know if the yeast is chemical or is it dry from the bakery, I imagine that it will be the chemical

      Hi miguel:
Yes, in this case we mean chemical yeast. You will need an envelope.
      A hug!

Hello, I did it once and some rolls were raw on the inside, good on the outside.
    To what is due?

    1.    Barbara Gonzalo said

Hi Maria, most likely the temperature of the frying oil was too high and they were done very quickly on the outside and they did not have time on the inside. If you try again, try to put the fire a little looser so that they have time to cook inside before browning on the outside :)

      Hello Maria!
Try frying them on the lowest heat and for the longest time.
      A hug!

I have tried some anise flavored bagels. Could this liquor be added without making the dough hard?
