Ingredients

300-400 gr. of mixed lettuce
2 pears
1/2 pomegranate
1/2 roll of goat cheese
1 handful of nuts
2 teaspoons of honey
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar of modena
shawl

Preparation

Thoroughly clean the lettuce and young shoots and place them in a bowl.
Peel the pears and cut them into slices.
In a frying pan with a pinch of oil, sauté the pear slices, until they begin to take color and soften a little.
Once the pears are ready, place them on top of the lettuce.
Chop the nuts with the help of a knife or some hard object.
Extract the grains from the pomegranate and spread them over the lettuce along with the goat cheese cut into pieces and the chopped nuts.
In a bowl, pour the honey, oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Stir well until an emulsion is created.
Dress the salad with the mixture that we have just prepared and we have it ready to serve.
