Christmas is coming Christmas and we are all already thinking about what we are going to serve at our tables. In addition to the main dishes that are usually based on meat or fish, I like to put a good salad in the center of the table. Is salad with goat cheese, pear and pomegranate It can be perfect to get out of the routine on certain days, it is simple to make and is very good accompanied by a dressing with a sweet touch.
Salad with goat cheese, pear and pomegranate
A delicious combination of ingredients to prepare this rich salad.

Ingredients
- 300-400 gr. of mixed lettuce
- 2 pears
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 1/2 roll of goat cheese
- 1 handful of nuts
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar of modena

Preparation
Thoroughly clean the lettuce and young shoots and place them in a bowl.
Peel the pears and cut them into slices.
In a frying pan with a pinch of oil, sauté the pear slices, until they begin to take color and soften a little.
Once the pears are ready, place them on top of the lettuce.
Chop the nuts with the help of a knife or some hard object.
Extract the grains from the pomegranate and spread them over the lettuce along with the goat cheese cut into pieces and the chopped nuts.
In a bowl, pour the honey, oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Stir well until an emulsion is created.
Dress the salad with the mixture that we have just prepared and we have it ready to serve.
Notes
To prepare these types of salads, I like to use young shoots, but it is also perfect using romaine lettuce combined with lamb's lettuce or arugula.
