This Salmon with sesame and bed of rice recipe is perfect if we fancy a good fish dish but don't want to cook too much. It is also very good

Ingredients

  • 800g of fresh Norwegian salmon in loins, without bones or skin
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sesame
  • Pepper
  • Sal Island
  • To accompany (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • Wild rice

Preparation

  1. Salt and pass the salmon loins through the beaten egg white, and coat them in sesame.

  2. Heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and brown the sides of each salmon loin for a few minutes.

  3. We season.

  4. We accompany the salmon with a good bed of wild rice.

  5. As simple as that!
