Ingredients
- A packet of dumplings
- 50 gr of cheese to melt
- Varied vegetables very minced
- Mince
- Mushrooms
- An egg yolk
Preparation
When making the lollipops, to make it easier for you on these days when you have to prepare so many appetizers, we recommend that you use wafers from the dumplings that they sell prepared instead of making the puff pastry yourself. We will cut the wafers into smaller sizes using some fun cookie cutter. Keep in mind that for each lollipop we will need two pieces of wafer.
For the filling we can use some cheese, chopped vegetables, chopped meat, mushrooms, sweet and sour mixtures, etc. Of these fillings we are putting a little with the help of a teaspoon in the center of each piece of wafer. If we put a lot they will not close well with the other side of the lollipop. We put the stick on the wafer and therefore cover the filling with the other wafer. We close well by pressing the edges with another toothpick or with a fork as when we make dumplings.
Put the oven to preheat while you paint each of the lollipops with the yolk of an egg. When you have them all painted, place them on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. As a final touch we can decorate them with a little powdered cheese or sesame or poppy seeds.
