We start on Monday full of energy with a fun recipe for the children's birthday parties and for all those summer parties that we can have these days.

These are very simple, different and fun skewers. Its exterior is fresh puff pastry, but inside we hide…. Sausages!!

These puff pastry and sausage skewers are perfect for any celebration or quick meal

Ingredients

  • 6 sausages (the ones we like the most)
  • A plate of fresh puff pastry
  • The yolk of an egg to paint
  • Skewer sticks

Preparation

  1. Cut the sausages into pieces about two fingers thick and leave them reserved.

  2. We extend the puff pastry plate on the work table and cut strips of the same thickness as the sausages that we have split.

  3. We are rolling each sausage with the puff pastry, and we leave them reserved.

  4. Once we have them all rolled up, we insert them into the skewer stick, and we paint them with the egg yolk.

  5. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the sausage puff pastries on baking paper on a baking tray.

  6. We put them to bake for about 7 minutes on each side until the puff pastry is golden brown.

  7. Ready to enjoy with your favorite sauce!

    This is equal parts simplicity, originality and flavor! We have loved the recipe, ideal for children and adults, very helpful whenever we need a snack for visits or for a celebration
