Ingredients
- 3 pears
- 1 large orange
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 150 ml of liquid cream
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Water
- 3 raspberries
- 6 blueberries
- Some walnuts
Preparation
We peel the pears and the orange. Cut the peel of half an orange into julienne strips, removing the white skin, and squeeze the orange.
We put the pears in a saucepan, and squeeze the orange. We put the pears in the casserole with the orange juice and the lemon juice.
Add the peel of the chopped orange and add a little water until we cover the pears, along with a tablespoon of sugar.
Cover the saucepan with plastic wrap and let everything simmer for 20 minutes.
Once we have the pears cooked, we strain them and leave them reserved on a plate to decorate them.
We make the eyes of our terrifying pears by making a small slit with the help of a knife and insert the blueberries.
For the mouth we make another small slit and press to put the raspberry in each mouth.
And to leave a decapitated pear, we cut the stem and put a walnut on it.
