Cabracho cake, a cold starter

The scorpionfish is a salmon-colored fish with firm flesh and a slightly shellfish and rockfish flavor, similar to red mullet. Prepared in the form of a cake, we obtain an aperitif or first cold that is served with toasts and accompanied by a sauce such as mayonnaise. We can also include it in salads.
