Ingredients

  • 300 ml. watermelon juice
  • 150 ml. whipping cream (35% fat)
  • 80-100 gr. of sugar
  • 5 sheets of neutral gelatin

Preparation

  1. We mount the cream with the sugar and reserve. The amount of sugar depends on how sweet and tasty the watermelon that we are going to use is.

  2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Heat half of the watermelon juice a little and add the gelatin to dissolve them.

  3. Mix the watermelon juice and the whipped cream. Pour the cream into glasses and let the semifreddo set for about 4 hours in the fridge.
