Molten cheese rolls, simply delicious!

Preparation

1. We start by removing the edges of the sliced ​​bread, and once we have them ready, with the help of a rolling pin or a bottle we will crush the sliced ​​bread until it is as thin as possible.

2. Once ready, we will put the filling on top, in this case the cheese, and to finish preparing them, we will roll them up. So that they do not come loose, we will hook them with a toothpick. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper, and cook them for about 15 minutes, until we see that the bread becomes toasty.

3. If you want to make it a little more sophisticated for yourself, you can do it with cream cheese to which you will add some chopped walnuts and a touch of strawberry jam. It is delicious! And if you want to make it special, you can try another type of jam such as tomato jam or carrot jam with a little goat cheese. I won't tell you how it is, because it's great.

4. It will only take a few minutes and they will be perfect. Take them warm and accompany them with a special sauce or jam.
