Ingredients

250 gr. Of flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
250 gr. of butter
250 gr. sugar
3 eggs L
3 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder
the zest of half an orange
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix the yeast with the flour.
We soften the butter with a slight heat stroke in the microwave and mix it with the cocoa, sugar, orange zest, a pinch of salt and lightly beaten eggs.
Add the flour to this dough until it is well incorporated. The resulting mass is distributed with a spoon in square molds of greaseproof paper, filling them halfway. Before putting them in the oven, it is heated moderately for 5 minutes. They will take about 15 minutes to cook.
When they look golden, they are removed so they don't dry out.
