Spaghetti Bolognese «with a Turkish touch»

Today I present you one of my favorite dishes! Spaghetti Bolognese «with a Turkish touch». I am very fond of this recipe because a friend taught it to me one day many years ago, one day when she invited me to eat at her house and her mother had prepared this recipe for us. It turns out that my friend had a family in Turkey and that's why she knew this recipe.

I don't really know if in Turkey this is a dish that is prepared regularly or not, or if it is known or not, but here is our version of Bolognese with a Turkish touch, which is really delicious. We hope you like it! In addition, taking advantage of the fact that we already know how to make a good Bolognese-style minced meat ragout, we will no longer have an excuse to prepare this plantation.

Ingredients

• salt water to cook the pasta
• 350 g of spaghetti (or your favorite pasta)
• 500 g of Bolognese sauce
• 2 unsweetened Greek yogurts
• 4 tablespoons minced mint leaves
• 1 clove of garlic (or 2 without are small)
• 1 / 2 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 large tablespoon of lemon juice

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for the minutes indicated by the manufacturer. In my case I usually have it about 8 minutes so that it is [i]al dente[/i].

2. While the pasta is cooking, put a pinch of salt and the garlic (without the germ) in a mortar. Crush the garlic until a paste is created and add the Greek yogurt. Add the lemon juice, sugar and mint. We stir well.

3. We drain the pasta well.

4. We immediately serve the pasta, the hot Bolognese on top and top it off with the yogurt sauce.
