2 cloves of garlic
a handful of capers or black olives

Preparation

Chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry them in a pan with olive oil.
While the garlic and onion are poaching, finely chop the dried tomatoes. We add them to the sauteed when it is ready. Season with salt and pepper and add a little of the oil from the tomato preserve. Finally add the olives or capers.
