Stracciatella ice cream, cream and chocolate

Preparation

1. Put the milk, cream, 100 grams of sugar and vanilla over low heat

2. Mix and stir until it boils

3. Remove from the heat and wait for it to get lukewarm.

4. We beat the yolks very well with the rest of the sugar and add little by little and always beating the warm strained milk.

5. We put the yolks with the milk in a pot to heat over low heat and stirring constantly without letting it come to a boil so that a smooth cream is made.

6. Now we let it cool.

7. Chop the chocolate and add it to the cream once cold

8. Freeze until frozen, stirring every hour.
