Ingredients
- 1 fresh pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can of 400 grams of whole tomatoes, peeled without draining
- salt maldom
- 150 gr of fresh mozzarella sliced
- 200 gr of sweet cooked ham
- 2 eggs
- 50 gr of Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Roll out the dough on the kitchen counter, and brush it a little with olive oil. Mix the tomatoes and their juice in a small saucepan over medium heat and add the oregano and salt. Let everything boil for about 15 minutes and let everything mix well.
Once that time has passed, reduce the heat and let them continue cooking, crushing the tomatoes with the help of a wooden spoon until we see that the sauce begins to thicken. About 10 minutes will have passed.
Cover the dough with the tomato sauce, and top with the cheese. On the cheese, place the slices of cooked ham and the raw egg on it. Go closing the dough so that it looks like a kind of Neapolitan, and once you have it closed, to seal it, beat the egg yolk in a bowl and brush the dough with the help of a brush to give it color once it is done in the oven
Finally, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
