Potatoes are always welcome in our daily diet. We eat them cooked, fried, roasted…. Well today we are going to prepare some stuffed potatoes in the oven that are of vice. Very simple to prepare.

These Stuffed Baked Potatoes are the perfect starter for any special lunch or dinner. You will enjoy them, sure

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 150 gr of diced ham
  • 150 gr of serrano ham cubes
  • Pepper
  • 150 gr of grated cheese
  • 1 natural tomato

Preparation

  1. We wash the potatoes and dry them. We cut them in half and remove the meat from the potato.

  2. On a plate we place the potato meat, the york ham cubes, the serrano ham cubes, the pepper, the grated cheese and small pieces of natural tomato.

  3. Fill each of the potatoes with the mixture and place them on a baking tray.

  4. We prepare the oven at 180º and cook our potatoes for 20 minutes.

  5. Ready to eat!
