Ingredients
- 2 cups of pastry flour
- 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 envelope of yeast
- 125 g of unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 50 gr of chocolate chips
- 100 gr of M & Ms
Preparation
It is very easy to prepare them, so take note. Use a medium-large bowl to make the entire mixture and add the butter at room temperature with the white sugar and brown sugar, until you get a creamy paste. At that time, add the egg, and mix everything until the ingredients are well incorporated.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt and yeast. Stir all the ingredients well and when they are well mixed, add them to the first bowl where we have the butter, egg and sugar. Add the vanilla essence and keep stirring.
Finally, add the chocolate chips and M&Ms, and mix them into the batter until well combined.
Once we have all the ingredients well mixed, we preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and on a baking tray lined with baking paper, we shape our cookies by taking portions of dough, about half a tablespoon and making a ball by hand.
Do not forget to keep a separation between biscuit and biscuit because they will grow a bit in the oven.
We bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes, and when we take them out of the oven, we let them cool for about 5 minutes in the tray on the rack so that they do not break (since they will be soft).
These cookies are perfect to feel like the little ones in the house.
