Ingredients

4 round zucchini
500 ml water
Sal Island
One garlic clove
Half an onion
Olive oil
400 gr of fresh spinach
Ground pepper
2 eggs
300 gr of minced meat
150 gr of grated cheese

Preparation

We clean the round zucchini and clean them by emptying them and reserve the pulp.
Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a pan. Next, when we see that they have browned, we add the zucchini pulp and sauté it. Add the cleaned and chopped spinach and continue sautéing. Let everything be done, and add the seasoned minced meat. We cook everything, and add the eggs, and the pepper.
We let all the ingredients come together.
Once we have the mixture made, we fill our courgettes and sprinkle them with grated cheese.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes in the oven previously preheated to 200 degrees and grill.
After that time, we remove them and serve.
