Ingredients

- 6 corn pancakes to make fajitas
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- powdered sugar
- Sunflower oil for frying
Preparation
In a bowl, put the cream cheese (Philadelphia type), the liquid cream and beat everything until the cream is assembled. When it is almost assembled, add the two tablespoons of sugar, the vanilla extract and the lemon zest. Whip the cream and add the sliced strawberries.
Put the pancakes on the counter and fill each one with the cream and strawberries. Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center and then turn the tortilla like a burrito and fix with a toothpick.
Prepare a frying pan with about two fingers of sunflower oil, and when it is hot, introduce the fajitas. Let them brown and when they are golden on the outside, remove them, letting them absorb the oil on kitchen paper.
