4 salmon fillets or loins
1/2 cup of plain yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon of hot paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Preparation

Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, in a glass container.
We beat the yogurt, coriander, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper. Pour over the salmon, cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.
After the time, we remove the excess marinade and reserve. We place the salmon on a grill or pan with a little oil with the skin up and cook it for 5 minutes. Flip over and drizzle with the marinade. We cook another few minutes so that the salmon is tender.
We serve with lime wedges and a minced onion and coriander seasoned with lime, salt, pepper and oil.
