These cookies are above all aromatic, thanks to the juice and the tangerine skin. Apart from using them for breakfast or a snack, we could put them in other desserts such as a drink with yogurt or a cake.

200 gr. pastry flour
125 gr. of butter
125 gr. sugar
1 large egg
2 mandarins
1 teaspoon yeast
1 pinch of salt

Preparation

We begin by mixing the sugar with the softened butter until a creamy cream is formed.
We also add the egg. On the other hand we mix the flour with the yeast and sift it. Add the zest of the tangerine skins and the salt to the flour.
Now mix with the butter cream and sugar. Finally, we add the juice of the tangerines.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place well separated piles of dough from each other and crush them to form the cookies.
Then we put them in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees until the cookies begin to brown.
We let the cookies cool out of the oven for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
