Cake with custard and grapes

For this cake first, we will make the base with a sheet of shortcrust pasta or breeze (which is if it is frozen, we will remove it 30-40 minutes before). You have to put weight on top and I always propose to use some chickpeas that we will reuse in successive elaborations. The grapes are natural and will give it a crisp and fresh touch. If you don't have grapes, you can use strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or whatever fruit you have on hand.
