Apple pie with cookies, in the microwave

Preparation

1. We melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with the sugar and cookie flour. With this compact mass, we uniformly cover the bottom and the walls of a microwave-safe mold, removable or silicone if possible.

2. Arrange the apples in thin slices on the cookie dough and cover them with the rest of the sugar and a little cinnamon.

3. We can use the rest of the cookie dough (if we had any left over) to cover the apple layer a little in the form of a grid or around the edges. We cover the cake with plastic wrap or vegetable paper and cook for 10 or 12 minutes on high power.

4. We let the cake cool without the paper so that it does not create steam.
