750 ml. milk
the required amount of curd powders
about 30 Maria cookies or 20 Digestive
100 gr. of butter
3 bananas
3 tablespoons sugar
honey to taste
black cocoa powder

Preparation

Crush or crush the biscuits and melt the butter. Mix the two ingredients well with your hands until you get a compact and homogeneous paste. We cover the bottom of the mold that we are going to use and put it in the refrigerator until it hardens.
Peel the bananas, cut one of them in half and make vertical slices. We put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle them with a little sugar. Gratinate the banana in the oven and reserve. Cut the other two into thin slices and cover the cookie base.
Prepare the curd as indicated on the package. We sweeten it with honey and flavor with a touch of black cocoa to taste. When the preparation is warm, we pour it on the mold. Put it in the fridge until the cake is well set, about an hour.
