Banana cake and dulce de leche, long live the sweet!

This cake, in addition to being energetic and delicious, is original due to the combination of ingredients such as banana and dulce de leche, a typical Argentine cream based on the slow cooking of condensed milk. To those of you who are a lot of gooey sweets you are going to love it.

Ingredients: A base of broken pasta, 50 g of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 400 ml. milk, 2 bananas, 4 tablespoons Dulce de leche, whipped cream or meringue, 2 eggs, salt

Preparation: Mix the sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk in a saucepan and bring everything to a boil. We then keep over medium heat without stopping stirring. We pour this mixture over the eggs. We put the mixture back on the fire for another two minutes until it has thickened. Remove and add the dulce de leche. We stir and let the cream cool a little. Finally, we cut the banana into slices and place a layer on the shortcrust pasta base. We pour the cream on top of the banana. Put in the fridge for four hours and serve with whipped cream or meringue sprinkled with cinnamon or soluble cocoa.
