5 cans of tuna or 400 grams of fresh tuna
2 cloves of garlic
1 chive
1 splash of wine
1 egg
bread crumbs
flour
parsley
shawl
oil
pepper
ketchup

Preparation

Remove the oil very well from the tuna and crumble it, add the chopped parsley, the chopped chives if possible by machine, the chopped garlic, the wine, season with salt and pepper and add the egg, mix very well and add the breadcrumbs until we get a dough uniform that can be worked with your hands
With the help of a fork, we take portions and make the meatballs
We pass them through the flour and fry them in the hot oil
Heat the tomato sauce and add the meatballs, let it simmer for about 15 minutes, sprinkle with more chopped parsley and serve.
