Ingredients

  • 4 turkey breasts
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 150 gr. peeled almonds
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • chicken soup
  • evaporated milk
  • pepper
  • shawl
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Season the breasts with salt and pepper and lightly brown them on both sides in a saucepan with oil. When they take a nice color, we remove them.

  2. In the same oil, sauté the julienned onion and the minced garlic. When these vegetables are poached, we remove them and beat them together with some raw almonds.

  3. In the same oil we pour the rest of the chopped almonds and sauté for a few minutes.

  4. Add the chicken to the casserole along with the chopped almonds and add the wine. Add salt and pepper again and let the wine reduce. Then, we add the onion batter and a little broth if necessary so that the chicken finishes cooking. At the end, we top with evaporated milk to make the sauce smooth and creamy.
