8 finite turkey breast fillets
150 gr. cheese spread
4 slices of cooked ham
I beaten egg
bread crumbs
flour
olive oil
shawl

Preparation

Lightly crush the turkey fillets, spread them out on a board and season them with salt and pepper. Spread a tablespoon of cheese well on each fillet and cover four of them with a slice of ham. We cover each fillet with the york with the other four remaining.
