Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can of pears in syrup
  • 125 grams of sugars
  • 1 small can of condensed milk
  • 2 glasses of whole milk
  • Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation

  1. We make a syrup by cooking and reducing the water and sugar.

  2. Fill the flaneras with caramel and let cool.

  3. Apart, we mix the condensed milk, the milk, the eggs, the vanilla meat, a few crushed pears and other chopped ones.

  4. Pour this cream into the molds and put them on a baking tray with water to cook in a bain-marie at about 175 degrees for an hour or until you see that they have set.
