150 gr. sugar
150 gr. of butter

150 gr. white chocolate

Preparation

On one side we mount the softened butter with the sugar; on the other, we beat the yolks with the whole egg and add them.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath and add it to the butter, egg and sugar mixture
Add the vanilla and almond flour as well.
Finally, add the sifted flour and the juice
Mix well and pour the dough into individual molds lined with baking paper.
We introduce into the dough of each cake some raspberries and bake them at about 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until they are golden and dry inside
Let the biscuits get warm inside the molds and cool them completely on a wire rack.
