White chocolate pudding

Preparation

1. Mix the egg yolks, whole eggs and vanilla extract well in a bowl. We booked.

2. In a saucepan, pour the cream, milk and sugar and put over medium heat until it reaches the boiling point. Lower the heat and let cook for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the white chocolate and mix until completely melted.

3. Little by little we add the egg mixture into the cream, stirring all the time.

4. We choose a suitable mold, grease it and distribute the bread cubes. Cover with the egg and cream mixture so that they soak well. Let the bread rest for about 15 minutes.

5. We cover the mold with aluminum foil. We take a larger fountain and fill it halfway with very hot water. We put the pudding mold inside and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees to make it firm. We will need approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. From time to time we will have to observe the water level to replace it and that it always remains at medium height, pouring it very hot.

6. We let the pudding cool out of the water before refrigerating it for a couple of hours before serving it.
