Whole wheat pizza dough

Preparation

1. We dilute the yeast in the warm water.

2. Pour the flour into a very large container in the shape of a volcano, leaving a hole inside, into which we pour the water with the yeast, salt and oil.

3. We love for about 5 minutes until we have all the ingredients linked.

4. Place the dough in a bowl greased with a little oil and cover it with a damp cloth so that it rests for 1 hour at a slightly warm temperature until it increases in volume.

5. We knead the dough a little again and divide it into portions to stretch it out and leave it as individual pizzas.

6. We already have our dough ready to pass it to a baking dish. It's best to bake it about ten minutes before cooking the pizza itself if you have ingredients that don't require a lot of cooking.
