5 simple canapes for this Christmas

With Christmas just over a month away, we already have all our recipes for Christmas. Today I want to show you a selection of 5 cold canapes that you can easily prepare and that are very successful for any Christmas dinner. In addition, they are not copious at all.

1. Cherry tomatoes stuffed with salmon and olives

For about 20 stuffed cherry tomatoes, we will need: 250 gr of smoked salmon, 20 black olives, homemade salmon pate.

We will take advantage of the homemade salmon pate that I showed you the other day to fill the cherry tomatoes. Empty the cherry tomatoes with the help of a coffee spoon, and fill them with the salmon pate. Leave them reserved.

Now take the smoked salmon and roll it around a black olive. To prevent it from escaping, poke it with a toothpick. Place each rolled salmon on top of each stuffed cherry tomato.

2. Canapes of mozzarella cheese and tomato

To prepare about 10 canapes we will need: 2 balls of fresh mozzarella, 2 tomatoes, some basil leaves, pepper, salt, a garlic, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar and toast.

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Put them in a bowl with the finely chopped basil, the sa, the pepper, the extra virgin olive oil and the apple cider vinegar. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Break the bread into toast and put it to toast in the oven. Slice the fresh mozzarella ball into slices.

Now all you have to do is assemble the canapés. To do this, put a little olive oil on the toast and rub a garlic. Top it with a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese, and on top of it, the marinated tomato.

3. Skewers of cherry tomatoes and cheese

Easy and simple. You will only need: Taquitos of your favorite cheese, cherry tomatoes, oregano. There are about 3 cherry tomato halves and about three cheese cubes per skewer.

You just have to mount the skewers alternating the cherry tomatoes cut in half and the cheese cubes. Finally add a little oregano.

4. Cheese and grape skewers

It is another bite of the easiest to prepare. For about 25 canapes, you will only need 25 grapes, 25 cheese cubes and 25 toothpicks.

Prick the grapes with the toothpicks, then the cheese. Clever!

5. Cooked ham rolls and mayonnaise stuffed

For one 12 rolls you will need: 12 slices of cooked ham, 50 grams of mayonnaise, walnuts, pine nuts, cheese cubes, diced red pepper, a can of tuna, diced green pepper, diced natural tomato, and diced olives.

In a bowl, mix the green pepper, the red pepper, the cheese cubes, the can of tuna, the tomato, the walnuts, the pine nuts and the olives with the mayonnaise. Let everything mix until you get a compact dough.

Stretch each of the cooked ham slices out on the work table and put a little filling in the center. Roll up each slice, always placing the closure at the bottom so that they do not open.
