Ingredients

  • 750 ml. semi-skimmed milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 gr. chocolate for desserts
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (optional)
  • dwarf clouds or marshmallows

Preparation

  1. We put the milk and sugar in the thermomix glass and program 12 minutes at 90 degrees with speed 1,5.

  2. Remove the beaker and add the chopped chocolate and cornstarch (if we want a very thick chocolate). We activate the same program for 3 minutes.

  3. We serve the hot chocolate accompanied with some tiny or chopped clouds.
