4 large hake slices
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon flour
a little fish broth
250 gr. clam
8 thick canned asparagus
1 handful of frozen peas
2 hard-boiled eggs
fresh parsley
White pepper
olive oil

Preparation

We begin by lightly browning the minced garlic clove in a casserole with a bottom of oil
Then we add the flour, sauté for a few seconds without stopping stirring so that it does not stick and add the necessary broth to obtain a slightly thick sauce.
Add the salted and peppered hake slices to the casserole and let them simmer for a few minutes on both sides
If we see that the sauce has thickened too much, we add a little more broth.
Then add the clams, asparagus, peas and chopped parsley, bind the stew a little and let it cook over low heat until the clams open.
At the last moment we add the quartered hard-boiled eggs and serve.
