Brandade cannelloni, with fish

We recently showed you the recipe for the Brandade of cod. In addition to being a spread and an aperitif, brandade is a perfect fish filling for peppers, potatoes or pasta. With this cannelloni recipe you have a unique pasta dish that is very complete thanks to the nutrients of the cod.

Ingredients

  • 12 plates of cannelloni
  • 400 gr. cod brandade
  • Mixed vegetables
  • 600 ml. of bechamel
  • Grated cheese
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper
  • Buy
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. While we boil the cannelloni plates in salt water, we make a stir-fry with the vegetables preferred by children, very finely chopped (broccoli, carrots, beans, etc..).

  2. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and spread it on a tray greased with oil. We are filling the cannelloni with the brandade and we close them.

  3. To make the dish more colourful, we put a bit of the sautéed vegetables at the ends of the cannelloni.

  4. Spread the béchamel seasoned with nutmeg over the cannelloni and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  5. We gratin and done.
